Context
A large steel-frame facility with multiple overhead doors needed a bright, continuous working surface capable of handling equipment, vehicle movement, and frequent cleaning.
The Challenge
Large slab sections, construction joints, open-door exposure, and consistent appearance across the wide floor required a controlled installation sequence.
Our Solution
We mechanically ground the slab, prepared joints and defects, applied an epoxy primer and high-build pigmented body coat, then installed a urethane wear coat while retaining functional movement joints.
The Result
The facility now has a brighter, cleanable working environment with a seamless-looking finish and clearly retained slab joints.
